The Hansfield development contains 159 residential units and is located next to the Hansfield Train Station within the Hansfield SDZ lands. C+W O’Brien architects were appointed on this project post planning stage to bring our extensive experience to the project for the construction stage. Working with the existing design team we led the coordination of the construction packages. The Hansfield 159 scheme includes a common basement which is constructed under 3 of 5 blocks with pedestrian links to all 5 blocks. All blocks are being constructed using Insulated Concrete Formwork. We have worked closely with design team consultants to ensure that the designs meet all the current building regulation requirements.
