The site consists of a linear land shape, located on the southern side of Clonsilla Village and north of the Royal Canal.
The proposal includes the provision of 198 no. residential apartments comprising (120 x 1-beds; 59 x 2-beds; 19 x 3-beds) in 8 no. blocks
(four/five to seven storeys in height); refurbishment to the existing Protected Structure Old School House. The scheme also includes communal amenity spaces, bike and car parking, ESB substation, Greenway Cycle Path and landscaping.
