C+W O’Brien Architects were commissioned by Barina Homes to deliver a development of 67 build to rent units in Annaville, Blackrock, Dublin. The development with be constructed in two blocks of between 3 and 5 stories over a 42-space basement car park under one block. A landscaped courtyard will be incorporated, a children’s play area, outdoor seating, and feature planting.
The development will provide shared facilities including a resident’s lounge, meeting and co-working facilities, an upper-level gym and dining facilities, including a shared external terrace. The project forms a strong, animated new corner to Fleurville Avenue and Newtownpark Avenue
