C+W O’Brien Architects are always happy to see a project for which we obtained planning permission moving on to new owners.
This particular project was the start of a journey for us in the Tallaght LAP lands, an area that will see massive regeneration in the near future. This project is one of many regeneration projects we are looking at which include another 3,500 at various stages of planning in the Cookstown / Tallaght / Walkinstown regeneration areas.
This comes on the back of a recent grant for a PRS scheme in the area with a density of 300 units to the hectare making it one of the top grants. Needless to say we have very happy clients.
