C+W O’Brien Architects have lodged an SHD planning application for 170 BTR apartments in Glen Abbey.
The development includes the demolition of existing industrial units/buildings (totaling approx. 4620sq.m) and the construction of a mixed-use development, featuring 170 apartments.
