Ireland’s Largest Exclusively BTR Scheme Lodged for 1104 Units

C+W O’Brien Architect’s are delighted to have reached an important milestone in the design of Ireland’s largest fully Build to Rent Scheme. We recently lodged an SHD planning application for 1104 BTR apartments in Tallaght. This comes on the back of our other SHD applications bringing C+W O’Brien Architect’s BTR live total to almost 2000 BTR units in the planning process currently.
