C+W O’Brien were shortlisted for two categories at the Fit Out awards, in recognition of our work on the Fit Out of Heyday’s Carmen’s Hall Student Accommodation. Nicola Kelly was shortlisted for Project Manager of the Year, and Jen McAuley for Young Designer of the Year.
We were delighted (but not surprised) that Nicola Kelly took home the trophy for Project Manager of the Year for her work on the aforementioned student housing project, along with the fit out of the Goshawk office fit out at 1 Molesworth Street. The expert judging panel was led by Ann Marie Aguilar (Director of Operations/Europe for the WELL Faculty at the IWBI) & Angela Connolly (President, Interiors Association, Founder, Conbu Interior Design).
C+W O’Brien were also shortlisted for two awards at the Irish Building & Design Awards on the 29th November: Interior Project of the Year and Fit Out Project of the Year.
