Paul had worked in a number of private practices in both London and his native New Zealand, before relocating to Ireland in 1999. With over 30 years’ experience in the Architectural field, Paul has worked on a varied number of residential and commercial projects, with his role ranging from initial planning concept to on site construction.
Prior to joining CW O’Brien Architects in 2015, Paul had previously worked with Arthur O’Brien in OBK Architects, with his role expanding to becoming a Director, overseeing the Dublin office.
Current and previous projects have included large scale residential and mixed use developments, shopping centres and town centre re-development plans, hotels, care homes and a varied range of commercial developments. Duties included initial concept design, liaising directly with senior planners and clients at the outset of major development schemes, co-ordination with consultants, staff supervision and recruitment.
Paul is currently Design Manager and Associate Director at CW O’Brien Architects.
