Nicola obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture in 1996 at the University of Bedfordshire, England, with over 20 years of professional experience in Architecture. Nicola is a dedicated, enthusiastic, versatile and proactive professional, possessing excellent communication, social and negotiation skills. Due to the variety of projects Nicola has been involved in, she has acquired a diverse technical knowledge and invaluable problem-solving capabilities.
During her career Nicola has gained extensive experience coordinating a broad range of projects including residential and commercial projects. Nicola was part of the design team for the design and construction of the Northern End Stand and Hogan Stand at Croke Park Stadium, Dublin and Project Architect for Phase II, The Park, Carrickmines.
Since joining the team at C+W O´Brien Architects in 2015, Nicola has been responsible for the development of over 400 residential units in Ireland on time and within budget. Nicola’s unparalleled technical expertise is invaluable in the appointment and management of delivering projects. With a result driven mind-set, Nicola is able to conceptualise the client’s strategy and drive the team to deliver excellent value for the client. Her ability to motivate and influence people has earned her the respect of her team and her peers both inside and outside the organisation.
Nicola won Fit Out Project Manager of the Year 2019 at the 2019 Fit Out Awards and was shortlisted for Project Managers of the year at the 2019 Irish Construction Industry Awards.
