Geoffrey O’Brien

Senior Architectural Technologist and BIM Coordinator

Geoffrey graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology in 1999. He has worked in several prestigious Architectural practices including Scott Tallon Walker, and RKD Architects; to name a few.

He has extensive construction knowledge in the areas of residential, commercial, blue-chip industrial, educational, leisure and healthcare. Geoffrey was the lead architectural BIM coordinator in Newenham Mulligan & Associates on the recently completed Curragh Racecourse Grandstand project. Working hand in hand with Grimshaw Architects who were the designers, he oversaw the project from planning to practical completion stages.

Geoffrey always maintain ISO-based procedures in the day-to-day running of projects; ensuring they are brought from conception through to completion in a coherent and efficient manner. Accuracy and attention to detail have always been a key factor of his work; in addition to setting a high standard in presentation.
