Armando completed his bachelor of Architecture and Urbanism in 2014 from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Prior to completing his Bachelor Degree, Armando carried out four years of professional practice experience working on social housing and Conservation Architectural Design.
Following his graduation, Armando started his career working as project architect for two years in residential development schemes and interior design projects. In 2016, Armando joined the Council’s Conservation Institute, where he worked with the Council on approval of planning applications relating to Protected Structures in Rio de Janeiro. Armando began his Irish professional career at C+W O’Brien Architects as an Architectural Designer in 2019 and since then he has been working closely on multiple large scale residential schemes providing 3D modelling and architectural graphic imagery using several software packages such as Lumion, SketchUp, V-ray, Adobe Programs and Revit.
Armando is also developing his knowledge of the Irish Planning Legislation and Building Regulations working closely with a team for delivering Residential and Student Accommodation projects.
